The History of our Experience

Building has been our passion since 1978.  We started as Soules Construction, a framing and remodeling company.  A later merge led to the formation of Ardis & Soules, Inc., serving Chattanooga for twenty-three wonderful years.  During that period we really flourished as a design and build company, designing almost every project that we built.  Now we have further refined our focus with our Residential Planning and Design (RPAD) center.  RPAD is doing what we consider to be the most important part of any project - planning and design.

Our hands-on experience uniquely qualifies us to prepare your renovation project.  We understand what is required to make each project go smoothly because we have first hand knowledge of what a remodeler needs to know about a project.  We have years of experience planning projects for our clients.  We will create plans, for you, and consequently for your builder, that will give you maximum value.
